They have to put that there, as a disclaimer. But that doesn't mean that their services don't work flawlessly. I have used them several times and have exchanged about 5 BTCs worth so far. Never had any problems!
Why 3 hours...? That's something like ~600 confirmations. Seems rather excessive.
It takes pretty much same amount of time to deposit to Poloniex. It takes 375 confirmations to deposit to Kraken. Don't forget that we are still in Frontier. This will change with Homestead.

How do they solve the problem of fast block size increase? Its size is over 9 Gigabytes now. That is a lot.

why do people set bots to make 100s of tiny trades on market?
The price has risen to recent high now. Will it go pass the all time high again in the near future?
It could exist the possibility of doing so, now that ETH is gaining more traction on different exchanges, not to mention it is getting even more attention than usual. The way I see how ETH's price moves positively, is a good sign that it might be worth a whole lot more than what it is right now. I am hoping that we will be able to see price of $10+ for ETH in the next. Just wait and see.
P.S. Comparing BTC and ETH's price movement, ETH is mostly going towards a positive trend while Bitcoin is declining most of the times. I just found that by analyzing Coinmarketcap's charts.
BTC price went down hard but the ETH/BTC seems be going sideways. I thought ETH will have a major increase around such periods when btc is down.
The Eth/Btc price also started dropping. The lending interest rate of bitcoin is 0.09% in Poloniex now.

I have no idea. I'm a nerd. But as a nerd I like to speak convincingly on stuff I don't really understand, so I'll say Yes!
I'm expecting some kind of move in the 10-20% range within the next few hours. It looks like it will be up, but I'll be watching that frecker until the veins in my eyes pop.

But this is great news, price is spiking at the exchanges right now!
It is good that more exchanges add Ethereum. This coin will be known to many people and increase the value.
