And one thing too is that if ETH becomes the next Bitcoin (I am very optimistic), then we would probably see prices from $100 and above very soon. But first things first. I think that price will even go higher according to the phases that ETH goes on. When Homestead would be released, they would be very exciting things. Becoming #2 in market cap, makes me think that ETH could surpass BTC if it manages to do well. BTC could fail if block size issue is not solved. Just my opinion. Grin

I couldn't agree more with you. And Vitalik is one of the most smartest programmers I have seen, so no doubt that ETH will survive long term and become the most successful crypto currency. Now ETH is listed as #2 in market cap which now makes it closer to BTC. One thing that I have noticed is that while BTC's price goes down, ETH's price goes upward. That is a good sign. Cheesy

Hope we can reach $50 but if we put the same growth of LTC on ETH it's something like 6250% Grin

With more development laid out this year something a 1000% percent isn't really impossible. But $50? I'm not so optimistic.

Not many sellers when Homestead due in a few weeks. A 30-50% drop after that wouldn't be a surprise but this isn't just another coin. Didn't Litecoin go from .80c to $50 - wait till the Chinese get a hold of this.
