Within a few months, it meant that it could be between 3 and 5 months later the price could rise to $1k. But again, the key to increasing ethereum is bitcoin.
Yes, the price of bitcoin is kept increasing and this makes the price of ETH is increasing. We see any prediction whether it will reach the $1k mark because last year the price of Bitcoin was above $19k which ETH has a tendency to cross more than $1k but now ETH is at 330$ but already crossed the value of $12k. Let's hope best for the ETH to increase its price.
when the btc pot fills up dumps starts and eth goes up with alts and the season begins.... so better stay with alts dont cashout and move ur assets because you never know when the new alt season starts

- so this perhaps could lead a new ATH for ethereum network may be january 3rd 2020 we will see something better
- Ethereum will start pos network making 32 eth deposit making it highly decentralized network So i feel eth will outperform btc in 2020 marketcap.

BTC ratio is still super low, I remember this time last year or a month before ethereum was 800 dollars, really just waiting for the next eth pump as bitcoin price starts to fall.

Yes, it is impossible for any coin to increase it's price continuously and at one stage the price of ETH will surely cross the value of $1k but we don't know exactly and how long it is going to take for the ETH to reach that value. Now Dominance of Bitcoin is complete high which it will take some time to recover the prices.

How about the end of the year?
ETH will automatically double it's value now when bitcoin reaches $20,000, which I believe is likely to happen.
To be honest, my basis now is bitcoin since it's the one which is the most consistent in rising, others only follow slowly.

ETH already have competitors. Therefore, №1 now, but what will be in the future is not yet known. Perhaps the ETH-killer will take first place. And why did you decide that ETH 2.0 will cost 1k?
And if ETH would ever go to 1k, it'd drop like a break in a short time after it.
As an end user of DAPPs built on Ethereum, I know how bad it is to have an unstable and volatile price.
I'm playing Axie Infinity, it's an NFT game. I notice that when ETH price is rising, more people want to sell their Axies (NFTs) and personally I also feel less willing to do any kind of expense, I just feel like there's more value in holding ETH in a bull market.
And then there's the bear market, in such times everyone wants to trade their ETH for NFTs because good games bring value to NFTs over time, so they are even better than stable coins in a declining market.
So in any case, what I want as a gamer is price stability, security and low transactions fees. Only security is achieved by ETH at the moment.
I more developers will start using ARK to build games and then maybe ETH developers get much-needed updates out quicker.
I think when ETH 2.0 is on, the price will go easily to 1k and beyond. Ethereum is number 1 smart contract blockchain!
But how long? that should be the main question when it comes to the ethereum 2.0A lot of updates are still under development by ethereum foundation and that's need the more time to go. it will not easy as those people are speculating anything.
1k looks easy but that will need a lot of effort to pump it.

when the ETH mining block reward becomes 2 ETH per block, the ETH price should be soaring higher when the bitcoin price rises now, I just see the push is not too good, but I think it needs time that ETH supply is far less circulating even though it says people out there that the ETH supply is unlimited 
Buying at a low price only is the first step
Selling at an extremely high price afterwards involves the art of HODLing And that is tough! It always too hard catch AHT... When price is 1k - you are thinking and dreaming about 10k... and when fallen to 100 usd you regret that didnt sell at 1k...
Sure everybody is dreaming about ATH all the time, but ATHs that mean 1000x are just so crazy, hardly anyone can handle that emotionally.
That's not crazy, it's not 1000x, it's just over $1,000 and since we've reach that price in the past, I think it's possible to happen again.
A lot of factors has to be considered, even if ETH will remain stable in its satoshi price but as bitcoin is moving up which has already achieved a good price so far, it's possible that ETH will follow, it could move in sats but the dollar value is already given will rise.
Bitcoin to reach $20,000 again, that would make ETH at $600, but that's only the minimum as I think it will also have its own pump.
Probably $1,000 is gonna be reach at least.
About 300$ agree. ETH is already close to this mark. In the past bullrun ETH was worth 1300$. When the price reaches this mark the next hysteria will continue. Despite the fact that some still call the project a scam.

The project that has been through its platform, through its smart contract are the scams. And ethereum foundation doesn't hold any way to stop them because it's open for every project.
It will ride the BTC's bull, we will see ETH reaching $300-$500 in no time.

I intend to hold if it hits $500. I would be looking at $750 before I consider trading/selling. I only have a small amount of ETH so the impact either way will not be too much for me.
