Till now everyone is waiting for the market recovery but today look at the market, the situation of the market has completely changed the price of Bitcoin decreased a lot and it is affecting on other altcoins makes many people lose some hope because altcoin prices decreased a lot in the market.

That's the next level to be broken soon. But for this week, we need to see it able to maintain the price of $260. And if that happens, we might see it start breaking $300 level.

Which Hardfork specific? If it is the hardfork Constantinople it seems that it has already been executed in early 2019.

I think that's what he meant, there's no announcement of such hard forks, constantinople was the recent one and it's done.

It is truly a reachable price for Ethereum because the coin can easily move up to around 0.045 BTC or even higher when crypto enthusiasts likely have been another FOMO-period, in which they don't care about price at which they will buy their interesting coins. Such crypto enthusiasts will play important to journey of Ethereum to $300 or even higher in fiat pair or 0.045 to around 0.05 in BTC pair.

Yes that was what the BTC to ETH ratio looked like during the previous bull run at the end of 2017 early 2018

But from the other side as i know a lot of people sold at a very littleprice crypto at the beginning of bullrun in 2017. They could become rich, but sold their coins to cheap. I think it will be long bullrun like in 2017 . may be with some corrections, but long. As in next year we will have halving... So better to buy as much as possible now and hold till end of 2020.
