Ethereum looks a lot improved with a clear decentralized currency i love ethereum and exited to see its roadmap implemented.

With very important updates just recently been implemented, there is no doubt that Ethereum and its community continues to strive to improve itself to be more competitive as possible.

Welcome to the Fourth Industrial Revolution — 19 Blockchain Predictions for 2019
Wink

A very interesting read that could give high hopes to the blockchain industry and how it is about to make a drastic change in the real world. Though I think some of those predictions will not all materialize in a given time frame, still they are quite significant ideas that could give us a clue on how the future will stand together with the use of blockchain technology.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Has Native Support For Ethereum, Not Bitcoin: Pre-Release Device

Quote
One particular video demonstration reveals that the Samsung Galaxy S10 will launch without supporting Bitcoin, the leading cryptocurrency by market cap and undoubtedly the most important asset in the crypto space. The app, however, does support Ethereum out of the box.

Switzerland's primary stock exchange, SIX Swiss Exchange, has launched trading of an Ethereum (ETH)-based exchange-traded product (ETP) on March 5, according to SIX Group’s website.

Crypto wealth management and lending company BlockFi has launched new cryptocurrency accounts supporting Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC) bearing 6 percent annual interest paid monthly in crypto. The company announced the launch through a post published on its website on March 4.

But where do they take the 6% from if they can offer it as a fixed rate on all deposits? It's quite a lot.

https://blockfi.com/earn-crypto/

They are offering only 50% asset value as loan so it is east for them to manage to earn profit through loan and it looking secure way to earn profit just for keeping our ETH and BTC on this platform.

Yes, it is good to hold them but we need to bother about their reputation in the market because we are seeing many companies now holding the ETH and BTC and giving interest to holders but how far they are proven in the market?

Are we able to send ETH to another wallet it seem taking too long when withdrawing from exchanges so I wanna ask why here because asking it to exchanges seen not giving me a detailed information as to why they just say its clogged as ETH are currently doing fork. So is sending ETH affected this much that it takes more than a day already and my ETH weren't received yet?

Looking at https://ethgasstation.info
It doesn't seem there is congestion. The only time that there really was bad congestion was during the ICO hype where people were sending lots of transactions to be the first to buy the token.

If your transaction is delayed by 2 days it's probably because the exchange needs to manually process it. What exchange are you using exactly? Maybe you created a new account and it's due to fraud they need to run extra security measures on your withdraw.

Either way, it shouldn't take longer than 5 mins with a small gas fee.

Its normal i have experience a 2 day transaction delay because of the network congestion sometimes it happen even without the hard fork, the only way to have it confirmed faster is to pay higher gas.

Cryptopia is back online again (view only)

I didn't have any ETH on there. Anybody else on here? I'm wondering what the damage is...
I only have altcoins on my Cryptopia balance.
No official statement by Cryptopia and no one can guess the damage level. Is there any news about stolen personal details(emails, passwords, secret questions)?

They have not stated anything officially yet. We only see the balance prior to the hack, we know that right now this balance isn't real (there wouldn't be enough coins if everyone was allowed to withdraw) and we also know there'll be some kind of a rebate but we don't know if it'll be 100% of the stolen coins or if Cryptopia will decide to share the damage of their fault with their customers.

Since the damage seem to be limited after all, I think they'll just take the hit themselves alone.

Paris Blockchain Summit, 2019 ;
Quote from: Alice Henshaw :
What do you wish that more people knew about Ethereum and the ecosystem?

This is improving, but many people still think that blockchain technology is synonymous with cryptocurrencies, which isn’t true. It is essential to understand that it is so much more than that. The potential that Ethereum has to build vital apps and address significant use cases is unmatched.

That one does not relate to Ethereum.
Why did you spam that project here, fella?
The link likely leads to something vague. Huh
Does it a phishing site?
