Apparently there is an issue between the different clients like Geth and Parity. That and also the lack of miners.
Either way, the chain stalled and they will most likely have to post pone the main net release until they can get this fixed.
It's good that this happened on testnet and not mainnet or else would of been a catastrophe.

Wasn't it suppose to be at block 4.2million?

It looks like the block reward is still 3ETH, was it post poned again somehow?

I saw this article posted earlier. It appears that there was a lack of miners on the testnet capable of producing the next block. Eventually, they did get the block, but it had 0 transactions.
Certainly worth watching the development as it appears they still plan on doing the upgrade this year.
i was wondering why vitalik buterin still visit this forum (but i don't know if this thread) nowdays, but he don't make a post since 2016
The idea of bitcoin cam to Satoshi Nakamoto and this forum was the place where he created bitcoin community. Vitalik cam also from Bitcoin, later created Ethereum. It's obvious that he still use this forum, as, besides all the spam/fake accounts and meaningless discussions, there are a lot of quality thread and a lot of wise and educated people from who we all can learn.

It is nice opportunity to pick few more under $200 I hope this time it will be last time to see it at this level. Current level is looking like a bottom this time sell pressure is not so high as compare with last month it moving forward with big support.

It is interesting chart which help you to watch the all the projects based on functionalities to compare them more easily. It is also shocking chart because some of these projects to which I was considering very advance are much behind than others. I appreciate this sharing it is valuable contribution to let others know to do own research to watch and think by themselves.
Bitcoin is the best coin to protect against hackers, because it is time-tested, Komodo is the best coin in technology, and ether is the golden mean
