Whoa! Surely you don't truly believe this?
I mean, you see the gaping holes in your argument, right? Let me break it down a bit:- ETC isn't "exactly the same tool", irregardless of price. E.g. PoS implementation for Eth (more secure & scalable), monetary policy, etc.
- Cars come in many models and features. Consider the # of projects being built on the Ethereum chain vs ETC chain. Consider the companies and banks utilizing the Ethereum protocol (Eth, not Etc). The car metaphor simply doesn't hold.
ETC would be a Tonka truck compared to the Lambo that is (will be) Ethereum. People won't build companies and services with/on a toy truck, they'll use a high-performance, high quality, and respected "manufacturer". - This is already apparent in the market today, too. Look at what Coinbase just announced! Their new product isn't being built to run on ETC just because it's cheaper right now, is it?
- Price of the coin, both Eth and Etc, is not a constant. It fluctuates constantly, meaning Etc could raise in price in the future. Trying to say Etc will replace Eth because it's cheap now is some very backwards logic!
