so-so news, and it's already two weeks old.

Maybe this guy want to bump this thread even it old news or he didn't check this carefully. I also read this one few weeks ago but it is old trick to get attention for any project by advertising in the main thread.
Or maybe this guy wants to tell you that ETH2.0 is POS, so prepare for staking.
Maybe this guy has alot of ETH and has waited for POS for years.....(page 229 ,#4571)
