https://etherite.com has been operating for nearly 2 weeks now and is slowly building up a miner base and we have found 12 Blocks so far and have a transaction record of all payments made!

Hi! Is Minergate a good miner? It has the same performance like classic cmd miner? What OS should I use ?

I have the Ethereum / Mist wallet installed. It has 0 Ethereum in it.
I bought some Ethereum on Poloniex.
I sent a small amount (0.1) to the wallet's base address.
It runs out of gas.
I can't tell Poloniex to add more gas. (At least no where I've seen.)
Is this a Poloniex issue? Or does my wallet need to have Ethereum in it, to pay for the gas? (Which would be difficult to have, if it is empty) Do I need to do something differently?
