I want to ask about the fate of those who sent less than 100 coins before the limit was there. Do they still receive the tokens via swap?
Think it have been confirmed that you will receive it

I did all the steps you mention except using ETHD of CoinExchange market and step 2 "Go to File > Sign Message(write down everything you put) because that step is not on the market. So Is that okie? Sorry cause I did read it clear enough.
This step is on the ethd off wallet on your computer, down from the home page ethd
