It is mineable, but block reward is zero until 8000 block. Then it will switch to normal reward.

hopefully within 7 days as the plugin is not complicated if somebody coded in e-commerce before but needs some testing [esp security side].

the op still says approx 60 million coins total from premine/ico/pow, I saw someone say 7 mill now but is that just for ico amount? what will the total be after mining?

yes that was the idea to make sure its fair for everybody + current ICO guys could set up price where they wanted. many wanted to take small profit - free market.
OP fixed, indeed the "real coins" will eb less than 60 milion now, even tho block explorer will be showing 60 mil.
