This is launch? Where is the Mac client? Also why does PC client require so much config? I hope you will make this a smoother launch for everyone ASAP.
nobody said OSX will be straight on launch but.. its being worked on literally now.
the conf for PC is NORMAL. you always have to make .conf to solo mine.
if u dont want to solo mine - just open it and it will sync as most nodes are precoded so u wont need .conf at all

Solo mining EXCL Guide
X11 solo mining is different than scrypt/sha256 - you need CPU miner for it.
here is windows guide:
Open the wallet then close it.
Then go to %appdata%
Put the conf in "juggalocoin" folder (replace "user" and "pass" with any username and password)
Open the wallet again and you will see on connection
Keep the wallet open and download this file
http://darkcoin.io/downloads/xcoin-miner.zip
Extract it somewhere and open its folder
Then make a file name a.bat with this command line
Replace "user" and "pass" with the username and password you used in the conf file.
Save it and then double click on the a.bat file file you just created and it will start mining.
When you want to stop mining close the a.bat
