Thank you for your development efforts. Decentralized Exchange is the future and I hope a viable project comes to fruition soon. That being said, I am debating on which token sale to support. What makes Exenium more attractive than Internet of Coins?

Yes our verification process is designed to be as quick as possible. At first we will have operators manually checking, but eventually with enough data and development, we will be able to introduce a machine learning algorithm which will make verification virtually instantaneous.

For that we have Trader Statuses, which change how the fees work. Higher tiers lower the fee and allow more of it to be paid in XNT. The statuses are generally paid for, but of course we may decide to give them for free for contests or other merits.
Also, to clarify a misconception. Our exchange is centralized, in the sense that the private keys will be held by us. Our goal is to create a competitor to Bittrex/Poloniex and others, combining ease of use with a secure and powerful platform.

I personally as an investor try to find projects that have a maximum collection limit of between 10-15 million in the ICO so that when it comes to market the total capitalization of the tokens can be multiplied by the maximum number of times.
In this project you are saying that there is no maximum limit of collection and that until the end of the ICO you will distribute the tokens according to the money raised.
Disagree and find this completely to be false. Have you read any news regarding MobileGo, the biggest crowdsale ever? They've used the same model. I personally as an investor try to find projects that have a maximum collection limit of between 10-15 million in the ICO so that when it comes to market the total capitalization of the tokens can be multiplied by the maximum number of times.

Also, you could invest near the end if you are conformable with the total amount that has been raised.
And finally, putting a maximum also implies a centralized decision on the value of each token. I find it better that the market decides the price per token, especially in a project focused on decentralization.

This is a portable and efficient wallet. I haven't seen anything like this and I am quite impressed. I have a question though, why Exenium have tokens? What is the purpose and is it necessary?

The fees will be fixed at 0.2%, it will be 0.2% of the order's value. The volume won't affect the fees rate, and there won't be any difference between maker-taker. Amount of trading coins and volume of your trades won't change anything? Will there be any difference between maker-taker?
The trading rules will be the same as centralized exchanges, when you take poloniex, maker's fees are 0.25% and taker's fees at 0.25%, but they are the largest exchange in term of volumes.
Yobit's fees are 0.2% but it is not really famous. The main difference between both exchanges is the service, that's what Exenium will focus on.

Exenium is a step ahead in terms of service starting from the trading access to the wallet service for all the bitcoin storage. The decentralized platform makes it stay unique from the third party wallet service providers. Hope this will be long running with all sort of trading activities taking place.

I see exenium is another version of poloniex (decentralization) and a very unique thing if user can have their own private key
