I think this is huge news , the first cryptocurrency chinas goverment is officially working with , so far the only crypto they even acknowleged was btc and they wanted to ban it.
I see koinify is/has shut down and that it doesn't matter in regards to our presale buy. But, is there a GUI wallet ready? I never imported my 12 word phrase anywhere - or the coins safe in their original place forever? Or must I eventually import? I would rather not touch them for years.

If you just sell it earlier than the end of 2017 they should not be sold.
The real price of factoids at the end of the next 2017 will be about 50-60 dollars per coin.
Since the actual Factom project gains its force only in the next 2017.
Do not wait for this year's great achievements since the project is only in its early stages.

I m into this and most of other coins I hold, only long term. So I do not sell, I might trade from time to time but generally I try to retain the same number of coins or even increase them. However, from my personal experience I know how important is constant interaction with the community, flawless and scandal free result and as much transparency as possible. Saying, yes, we work on something, it ll be done when it s done, s not a good way to go.

I think that Paul's comment on the AMA is getting totally blown out of proportion. Granted, we are calling it Release Candidate 1, which is a bad name. It probably conveys more quality than you should expect.

Ups, a nice price dump. It seems Chinese New Year and exchange of crypto into Yuans has had a lot of infuence on Factom. Let s hope this is temporary.

Yes but the price was under pressure cause Chinese were cashing out to Yuan due to this event. Once it starts, I highly doubt they ll be sitting on the exchanges.
