Maybe Microfaucet ( http://www.freebitcoinfaucet.org/ ) supports 0 seconds cooldown. Then you can setup your faucet using the Microfaucet script and migrate it to the FaucetBOX.com

I'm against 0 second delays anyways. This means they pay almost nothing per claim, and this is something that needs to change. Some faucets have been increasing payments, which is a good thing. I think going for 1k satoshis every 24h is better than 10 per claim and no limit, for example. Faucets in general are getting a bad rep because of low payments -- the owners are destroying themselves.

In the last few days, after waking up and drinking my cup of coffee, I've opened few times 23coins.com or 50or500.com and wait for a malware page.
Every day there was at least one ransomware from this two pages.

i'm talking about it with my popup hoster, there is not my fault, all malware ads is moderated and banned, but some advertisers change they ad after moderate... so sry.

I see that in database and everything looks correct. Only 15 most recent payouts are shown on the address check page, maybe that's why you don't see it there. However I've calculated the accumulated coins manually - including yours 8406 satoshi - and it matches the 0.00424635 BTC shown on the address check page.
