The increase is very apparent for those of us using 5 and 20 tier MNs. The resource usage on VPS is very close to the one we had previosly with the same amount of tier1 MNs. If this is how it was planned - fine, we can deal with this, but the community needs to know it. Those of us running our own vpses were under the impression that this will be a huge resource saver. Edwin mentioned briefly about a bug in the system but it was not addressed or explained well. So on behalf of many members of our community I would be grateful for an official response about this. We need to be very well aware and plan our resources ahead especially when running multiple Tier20 and Tier5 MNs. Thank you

@Laimis , talking about physical resources, such as RAM, CPU usage, etc. it is important to understand that all masternodes run the same software. This means that all, tier-1, tier-5, tier-20 and tier-100 consume approximately the same amount of resources. The reason why it was/ is called a resource saver is that for people who have 5 or more masternodes running, this update allows to host tiered masternodes, i.e. instead of hosting 5 tier-1 masternodes, they can host 1 tier-5 masternode, which consumes the same amount of resources as 1 tier-1 masternode
So the main point is that the software run on VPS is still practically the same, but it allows to reduce the amount of togal VPS's needed by locking 1m, 5m, 20m or 100m of coins
So if someone has 20m of coins, they will no longer need to host 20 separate VPS's, only 1

Another thing worth mentioning is that the resource usage also increases due to more and more masternodes being active, as well as the block chain becoming longer, so the more there are masternodes or blocks, the more memory and CPU power VPS's will need

There is no need to panic if you have a problem with your NCE account that makes you lose or cannot find your balance in your account, this can occur due to several factors below:
- The browser you are currently using is not compatible with the current NCE system

The things you can do to overcome them are:

Based on European legislation regarding Anti Money Laundering, all exchanges are required to apply KYC to all their New Capital Exchange customers who have obtained legality from European governments as their subject, therefore I appeal and also remind all New Capital Exchange users to prepare their KYC which will be active on January 10, 2020. And if you don't want to do it, you still have enough time to withdraw all your digital assets from the exchange.

Of all the technological breakthroughs the world has seen, none has been able to replace the phone number as our unique means of identification, be it on a local or international level. The absolutely critical position occupied by our phone number is going to remain unchallenged for the foreseeable future, especially when online transactions and interactions are increasingly becoming reliant on these numbers as the sole means of identification for accessing a host of online services.
Phone Number Manipulation Now Rampant
Control over something as important as a person's phone numbers should not be in the hands of untrustworthy individuals or companies, but that is precisely the reality on the ground today. Scammers are more and more having a field day with people's phone numbers, and the result is too worrisome to be left unchecked.
Scammers have perfected the art of hijacking phone numbers through a process known as SIM swapping or SIM splitting. This occurs when a phone number belonging to a subscriber is transferred to another SIM card belonging to the scammer due to the unlawful manipulation of the mobile operator. It also includes the case where a scammer succeeds in getting a new SIM card issued having the same phone number as their target's number.
To achieve this, the fraudster uses fake documents to convince the mobile operator to effect the change. Once this change is made, the scammer assumes control of the phone number to perpetrate a crime, while the original owner gets locked out of the network.
Any Solution in Sight?
Thankfully, the world has a company named FIX Network that is ready to combat this menace and restore safety to our digital assets and identities.
Backed by New Capital, FIX Network's goal is to ensure that the migration to decentralization does not compromise the security of our digital identities and for our daily transactions to proceed without threat. To do this, the company will build on the already existing cellular infrastructure by securing private keys and transactions on the subscriber's SIM cards, together with a newly introduced blockchain-based security protocol.
