i don't really think that you can do anything with it, a lot of people still buy coin cheaply now and keep it. the value will go up, but right now btc is still 4k and even bch is rising, once they go down the market will get better (now miners dumping their coins to get as much btc as they can).
Should write in their Bitcointalk topic and not just email.
Honestly I think that it's taking too long for marketcap to list Fraz, they even added Smoke that doesn't have an active exchange yet, maybe all of us should fill the submit form on coinmarketcap?
