How to solve a community problem for 600 TON?

Our community exists and operates in many different time zones. Have you ever felt uncomfortable with it or were you confused with the timing? Most likely - yes😒

@noam_y also got confused in time several times and came up with a way to solve this inconvenience!

It will be a telegram bot that translates any UTC time sent in a group to the local time of any member with a click of the button!

Now, there are a few bots which aim to convert time zones. They solve this problem with chat messages, but none of them use the button. And so far they do not know how to recognize automatically when someone writes something like "12:00 UTC".

But the most interesting thing: it remains to collect 200 TON, so that you feel comfortable!
Let's develop a bot for ourselves?

Governance System Interface Proposal

In the current interface of the Governance of Free TON, there is a problem of submitting proposals by the community, in order to submit a proposal, you must be an initial member of Subgovernance and have a proposal key to put your proposal to voting.
