Has been unaware of this, but the seed round journey seems to have been going on for 3 months, will this end in about 2 more months? Does to stop it, the soft cap $750K should reached first? I see it as achieving this was the ultimate goal, is that much needed to build the project? I feel like it will take quite a while to gather that much.
As mentioned previously, sufficient investment to produce an MVP and get the project fully functional has been reached a while ago, and an IDO and exchange listings are coming next month independent of whether the Soft Cap is hit or not.

Like seeing the whole Ferox team comes from forex trading. It has similarities but this may be intertwined with cryptocurrencies. But why did you choose tron as a chain? Will it be good for the future? is this for cheap gas costs?
Ferox team are specialists in derivatives trading, and you are right FX trading is a small part of what they do. As the public becomes more experienced in smart contracts, I think Tron Network's fast, efficient and extremely cheap executions will turn it into a highly sought after platform.
Will Ferox also look at the concept of DeFi in the future? I see it can be distaking in DAO...
Indeed, Ferox is very strong on DeFi, the staking DAPP will enable users direct access to the hedge fund's profit shares and complex financial products in international capital markets, hence the slogan: "Be Your Own Tokenized Hedge Fund"

Well, so FRX decide to create an ann thread here, as they progress their current campaign. 
I wonder how many round TGE will it take? does it depend on the achievement of the cap? If the softcap is not achieved, then until the next roadmap milestone there will be no second round?

People will defenitely love it, free to choose the network they like to hold FRX tokens in their respective addresses, and to do the swap between chain, is it through automatic in an app / web version or else in manual way?
Thanks for the beautiful feedback, there will be a migration bot where you send FRX to a smart contract and specify your BSC or Tron address, and the sent amount gets locked and you receive the FRX in the other chain to your designated address...

so you are balancing the FRX tokens on both networks? so the value of the FRX token will always be the same, right, both from the trx network and the bsc network and has the same token function? besides that, can people change the network of the tokens they hold?
Correct, users will have the option to swap between FRX on Tron & FRX on BSC, and the functionalities will be identical.

Good question, total supply of FRX will always equal 700 million. When expanding to BSC, we will burn an equivalent FRX on Tron, the plan is to have FRX coexist on both chains...

Good question, total supply of FRX will always equal 700 million. When expanding to BSC, we will burn an equivalent FRX on Tron, the plan is to have FRX coexist on both chains...

And When is the IDO, there is an exact date? Any news about the list on CEX, the name?
Indeed, the plan is to coexist on 2 blockchains, users will have the option to swap from Tron Network to BSC depending on where they would like to utilize their FRX tokens.
No definite date yet for IDO, the team is negotiating with a few launchpads, as soon as a deal is finalized we will do a joint announcement...

Do you have any stats how much money you guys collected through the Seed Round?
The only one that can be tracked is their tron master wallet https://tronscan.org/#/address/TNXJVuvspMGZToiHhqZsXEH3oLTxsUDJCB, right now the total balance has more than $30K usd, don't know about the other hot wallet, sure has some balance at there.
