Presale will go on for 1 more month, then depending on exchange listings the listing price will be set at 1 FRX = 1 TRX. Pending exchange listings, there might be 1 more round of private sales with a discount, though the bonus rates won't be as high as the Seed Round which is going on now.

Official sales price will only increase from this level whether it's round 2 or regular sales...

all the FRX related transactions will be done on chain, so there is no local law or restriction that would in any way influence the relationship between token holders and FRX organization.
