You need separate wallets. This can be done by setting the -datadir flag on launch.
i make two copies of wallet in appdata and start two examples of wallet with this argument with specified path for each. Is it right?Yes make sure to add the desired algo= to each datadir.

You can only specify one algo at a time.

whats the relative difference in speeds for these algorithms? I have my laptop with integrated gpu on i5, 5 antminer u2s for sha256, and a i7extreme 16gb ram pc that has a NVidia quadro fx2000. which will solve more blocks?

iGPU's are a bad idea for mining. Mine sha256 for asic.
can you use both asic and i5 with integrated gpu ? or is it best to pick one so software isn't confused?
