And blocks are found way too fast. First blocks will be confirmed in a few hours instead of 2 weeks, so something is wrong on your source.

You sould have tell us that you had to launch the wallet in admin mode for it to work...
1500 blocks instamined in the first minute, that deserve a relaunch...
Also no working sha256 pool.
