Why is everybody talking about a 25% bonus in the token sale? All I see is 20% bonus on their website. Am I missing something here?

I also do not understand, about what 25% are they talking about/
And another question: The amount of collected funds on the site, already the second day of 29%, why it does not change?

thing slow down after the initial few days and they pic up towards the end of the ICO. that's probably why. that and the bitcoin fork.

25% is not to much, it’s a great comprise to incentive nicely and don’t unbalance the different price for early investors and final investors. Gatcoin handle that really well, and I think the value will be really high in few time, so no I have no worries.
Agree, 25% is not really much there.

But there are also projects which lose a lot of steam right after the pre-sale. They collect a lot during the pre-sale and the main sale does not go so well. I hope it will be different for Gatcoin.

yes you are right. gatecoin investors not like that. gatcoin strategy is very interested i liked.

I hope that the ICO and the project even after Ico is very successful and find a better scenario in the crypto. Investors have a good look at Gatcoin and I know we can rest easy.

They raised 29% on pre-sale right now. What their soft cap? I hope they will develop product in any way?

This is exactly what I thought. There are many companies that give out discounts like 200%

I think pre sale bonus over 25% is too much. It leads always to a dump after the main ICO. I think many ICOs don't consider that.

There are ICOs that have even deeper discounts, I remember seeing one with 80%. They are mainly concerned with filling the progress bar, hoping for a "me too" effect.

25% is really ok.
Presale that offers 50% thats a lot, there is a great chance it will be dumped after listed on exchanges.

25% is a nice extra for early birds!
There are ICOs that are offering even 200 % on pre-sale. Gatcoin have reasonable incentives

And on top of that, the number of tokens Gatcoin sells during the pre-sale is capped. So I don't see a problem with the 25% bonus.
Particularly I do not see the possibility of major eviction by investors, the big evictions, we all know that if they give to bounty hunters who have not invested any cent in the project and most of the times do not even know it, I think the potential of Gatcoin is visible even to those who did not deeply analyze it.

On the other hand, if you look at IPOs on the traditional stock exchanges there is the concept of underwriting.

Underwriting is the process by which investment bankers raise investment capital from investors on behalf of corporations and governments that are issuing either equity or debt securities. The word "underwriter" originally came from the practice of having each risk-taker write his name under the total amount of risk he was willing to accept at a specified premium.

An underwriter works closely with the issuing body to determine the offering price of the securities, buys them from the issuer, and sells them to investors via the underwriter's distribution network. Underwriters generally receive underwriting fees from their issuing clients, but they also can earn profits when selling the underwritten shares to investors.

So whether you call it fee, premium, discount or bonus, it is a reward for early buyer risk and providing liquidity.

I agree 25% pre-sale is quite ok. There are other ones which did some pre-sale where they sold their tokens on 0.30$ and the official sale was up to 10$ So 25% is really ok 👍

I'm impressed with the current success of the presale. I would have expected the current btc uncertainty/pumping to make most presales/icos perform poorly, but I guess it just shows the potential which investors see in Gatcoin. This is a good sign.
and after bitcoin pumping ends bitcoin investors will take the profits and invest it into the GATCOIN ICO. I think a rewards program fits perfectly on the blockchain.

Working product with big partnership attract investors.

If you haven’t noticed, traditional retail is struggling to stay alive. That means discounts, loyalty programs and other incentives are becoming more vital than ever to attract and retain customers. Gatcoin is in a position of strength to capitalize on this demand. If Groupon is a crude proxy for what Gatcoin can do, then the future looks very bright. +4

A-Drop is essentially real-time target marketing that allows retailers to narrow in on their ideal demographic within minutes. This technology, which is currently patent-pending, could be an extremely powerful draw for retailers. +3

Brick and mortal retail shops are becoming an endangered species nowadays. Why go to a mall when you can order online? That begs the question, are we not going in the wrong direction by luring shoppers into physical stores?

Especially because these retail shops having a hard time to survive against all the online shops, it makes sense to have this A drop technology. With it, customers will be incentivized to come to these physical stores. The cities here in Germany would look really weird when there would be no shopping streets anymore.

In the past decade I have seen a lot of shops disappear to be replaced with bistros, restaurants and bars. It would be foolish to try and use gimmicks to delay the inevitable and keep paying rent for an unprofitable physical store out of sentimentality.
