Yes, amazon offer their own voucher, not voucher from the merchant itself.

Yeah that is an issue with a company the size of Amazon. They could just create their own program if they wanted to.

Nope, demo app will be released right before ICO (which is on 15th december), it will be only demostrative, you won't see the SSL blockchain in action (because release will be in q2/q3 2018)
