Its the wallet generator for anyone that cannot code.

Usually the diffuculty retarget of coingen coins are broken and they use the same seed node, that's how.

It means the guy can not create his own code and instead paid for a service to build the coin for him - an automated service. In other words, this thing is not going anywhere, it is the lowest form of shitcoin without a capable person who knows what he is doing.
