Just to let you all know I have an appointment setup for tomorrow with Telus to get my internet installed.  Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly and I can get back online at the new place Smiley

UPDATE: Turns out the installation is set for Monday, damn Telus  Undecided

Waiting for more good news to come from the coin. Please let us know when the software actually launches and we can start collecting the coins and participate physically in the project. Likewise, what are the future development plans for this coin? Perhaps faster transactions, better security, more applications? Thanks for all of your hard work, I believe this coin will do very well soon! Already been spiking up and the final geocatching app is not even out officially yet. Smiley

Once I'm back online and setup in my new place I will continue working...

Wait...are you a one man dev team? ...

There are two devs. Even if there were only one, one dev teams are common. You are comparing it to an ICO where everyone and their mother are advisors.

Still doesn't answer my question. The more I look at it the more it looks like a fad....
I've taken over from Tobler as the lead developer...  Tobler is ... still directly involved and has been working on the backend cryptotech.

...

It is a good point though. With more tech help more could be done. At this point anybody with a large pile of cash could walk in and hire 5 people to copy GEO and develop it further. You would be stuck playing catch up with only two devs. ICOs have a kind of sleazy history though. Maybe you could create a voluntary fork with an extra sum of coins to pay devs to help. If the work they do is good the coins they get will be worth something. Important though that the fork be approved by general consensus, voluntary and does not impact uninvolved people in any way. There should be complete continuity of old wallets through any fork if that path is taken.

Greetings folks, I had a successful move over this past weekend and am still getting setup in the new place.  Still need to setup internet and phone connections etc.

Once I'm back online and setup in my new place I will continue working through the remainder of the Facebook Share combination with the new Camera Perspective Controls logic.

Just wanted to keep y'all in the loop, still more to GEO!

Wait...are you a one man dev team? If so, what are your future plans with the coin once the app is launched? Seems to me any coin with serious considerations to be a long term success needs a nice team behind it as well as future plans/roadmap for real world integration. Otherwise this is gonna be the next pokemon fad, pump and dump and left to rot once ppl get bored of it. No fud, just being realistic.

I've taken over from Tobler as the lead developer and have been focusing on the frontend MapBox interface.  Tobler is the GeoCoin Creator, he is still directly involved and has been working on the backend cryptotech.

We're also in the process of preparing a roadmap for after the upcoming launch for future plans and improvements, but the testing and debugging process is our top priority at this time.  GEO is not dead, I just don't have internet access yet in my new home.  Your patience and support is much appreciated Smiley

I doubt about 2000% raise, but it all depends what devs deliver...

Smiley I have doubts about acute fast skyrocket because there are plenty of work to be done such as marketing, programming, adding new ideas to this coin etc. before launching this coin to new highs though this project is great, now it's on the level which corresponds to its present state of development and media prominence  Smiley

Geo is rising along with a bunch of other really low market cap coins because a pump group has announced a pump on a low market cap coin in 3 hours. So it's all speculation...
Hint: it won't be geo because there is too much on the sell side.

Geo is not pure p&d. Ir raises organicaly because devs keep working on it and conctantly updates. When they will publish application in Google Play Geo will rise faster. Good to add some(200-500) to your crypto protfolio and hold it.

I agree. This coin will do very well. Smiley I have a hunch it will skyrocket just like ReddCoin did, 2,000% in 7 days.

Hint: If a pump group has to announce that they will be "pumping" they probably have no BTC and just want to dump on the gullible.

True but in fairness the coin the ended up pumping was einsteinium. Look at it's graph. But I agree more ppl prob lost money than made money.
