Good information, But I have one question. Can people outside UK or EU play at vitalbet? I know its online platform and can be accessed from any part of the world but there should be some restriction due to local law.

There can be only a few countries that can not play there. all the others can.

I honestly don't see a problem, there is only roughly 10,802,679 tokens left (as of this post) to reach the softcap, and plenty of ICO time left.

I think this is extremely difficult. I'm not sure that they will be able to do this.

This is due to the fact that in some countries there are no necessary deportations and permits for gambling. Therefore, by 2019 they plan to resolve these issues.

at the moment they are in the UK, but nevertheless I suppose that they are most likely aimed at the European market. This would be more logical, but it is possible in the future, the team will begin development in other markets.

Well i think Yoverdot meant countries which support online betting. As for the expansion to be implemented in 2019 i feel it isn't a long time as this things takes time to be correctly implement them.
