I've just seen that the ICO is running for a long time. Very long ICO... any reasons for this?
Can it be seen somewhere how much money they raised so far?

I am also curious about the reason why they are running a long ico schedule. And I am also curious on how much money they already raised in their ico now. I hope dev will answer us.

What is a "long ico schedule" for you?. According to the whitepaper, the ICO was started on 16th march and will end one mone later on 16th april. One month is not a long time schedule for me.

I have seen many ICO was running for more than 1 month. GIF not even completed a month and managed to sell 18797321 tokens till now.
Right. But it seems to me they set too high a bar for a soft cap.

As I understood, softcap is decided based on the minimum fund requirement to develop the project or to support expansion. GIFcoin kept the softcap based on this only and may not be changed.
Exactly. Usually, this is the minimum required amount in order to continue the development. If it's not going to - it's a failure.

2 weeks more before the ICO ended and how many coins that needed to be sold before we reach the softcap?
I believe that it's too early to sell coins for the sake of this token, because they have not yet entered the stock exchange, and after entering the exchange I think they can be sold.
He didn't ask about it. He asks how many tokens are left before reaching a soft cap. They wrote above that it's about 10-15 million tokens.

Not 2 weeks, but 9 days - it's more than 1 week, not 2. It's a little time to sell another 15.5 million tokens.

Yeah they have done a fantastic job in terms of sales and they set a high softcap compared to other ICO projects, so it will be more of an achievement when they reach it.

Have you tried visiting the site? There in the middle there is a status line of project fees, even search is not necessary. You can translate into dollars yourself? Smiley

I don’t get why people check bct and ask questions before doing the basic recon themselves at least checking the whitepaper and site are some of the most basic things everyone should be expected to do for every ico they are interested in joining or investing in
Yeah they can actually do that, but most of them I think are new to the project and how things work on the bitcointalk community, let's try to help them rather than question their action just because they ask some "basic".  Also, asking on bct will be more reliable and some can help them understand and know more about the project.

In my opinion, people start to doubt that the project will raise a soft cap ... I think the sales fell a bit ..
Well, today it sold over 100,000 tokens - this is a pretty good indicator, but to raise the soft cap, they need to sell more than 1 million tokens every day.

Your product is interesting, but the bounty campaign should be overthought again....
Too less money for too much work.

Giving too much token may likely kill token value, am sure that must have made the team reduce the payment to such level, don't get me wrong i like to be paid well for a job well done however gifcoin should look into this and find a balance, maybe reduce work  Huh
