well, I dont know how active the website is, do you know it? May be most of these 20.000 members are not active anymore and they try to get some ICO money in order to refresh 1) the liquidity of the company 2) more potential players by potential investors 3) may be if 2 options that I told before doesnt work, they close and go after the ICO ...

I don't understand what are you talking about? ICO is a way to raise funds for development and to give people in return the same way to return money and earn even more. After all, any crypto currency is now growing in price. In any case, its price is higher than when it enters the stock exchange. So there is nothing wrong with holding an ICO
