I had the same problem with connection in the begining.. but managed to connect after deleting peers.dat several times.

is your gen=0? or 1? on conf file
you shouldn't be automatically solo mine unless it is set to.

ok, try deleting everything on appdata except for the wallet.dat and conf
and delete all nodes on you conf file except this one addnode 76.99.21.239 (this is mine)
and re-install.
I think the blocks and chainstate is keep pushing you out to the same wrong fork
Edit: if you're intentionally trying to solo mine, it might be good idea to join the pool first and put on the right fork first then go solo after little bit
i did what u mention i cannot connect to network.

I did that. But the problem is i cannot connect to network. I am not on the wrong blockchain , i cant even connect to network.

I am the guy who report dead blockchain. Please help with the new node. I cannot connect to my wallet with the new node.

right now i think we have 2 fork.
One is at mining hub
the other is the new node
One is at mining hub
the other is the new node
where is the other fork? other pool? if you're on a wrong fork, please reinstall updated file and try to get on the right fork.
miningpoolhub is on the right fork as they have most of the network hash
i solo mine with the new node and difficulties is different from mining hub. But i get disconnected everytime i find a block

if you updated already, try deleting peers.dat file and update your conf file with new addnodes above.
my wallet cannot connect to the node. I already delete peers.dat. Once i get connected, i solo mine a block it get disconnect. Also the difficulties is different from mining hub

problem seems to be sync related now
once we establish connection, I will provide addnodes, you guys might wanna delete peers.dat file in your appdata so you don't connect to old wallets.
we will establish connection in little bit, so please be patient with us
