How Does This Work?
All coins minded at CharityMiningPools will require a mandatory 0.5% Donation fee. This donation fee will be collected and donated to the designated charitable recipient for that given month. Though we only require a minimum 0.5% Donation fee, we welcome and encourage our miners to raise the stakes and donate more to a good cause.

Yes it does and for good reason, it is easily recognizable because of all the other "Coins" out there.
We have had a few positive comments about it so we will atleast keep it for a few days after launch, then we will decide.

How about reducing block reward on first few blocks to stop instamining of the coin when the network is still setting up. Its tempting for some to ddos new coin networks in order to stop others mining while difficulty is low, delaying the full reward helps discourage that advantage. Looks like this coin will be pretty rare later on but its usual for some unfair advantage at the start, so that effect would be spoilt possibly

Did you even looked for one? There are plenty of hero members offering this , i bet they haven't received one message from you till now.
No, could you link us to someone who does IPO's? Our very first PM was to tomatocage asking about escows and IPO... We then PM'd Johnk, escrow.ms, dannyhammilton and a few others...
And all of them refused? I find it hard to believe.
Tomatocage says he was not prepared for IPO but pointed me to other people, Escrow.ms said he would not do IPO, some did not reply, some where not trusted enough... People just didn't want to deal with IPO's. If you do find someone who is trusted enough we would happily do everything through them and extend this if it is what people want.
IPOs have a real bad name here , but I'm still confused why they didn't get involved.
