What's the situation with the H2O/USD Exchange?
It's under development. That's all I know right now.

I have no ETA for that. Wont say anything if there's nothing to be said regarding the exchange Sad

Don't wanna give false information

I suggest that X11 quickly and then into a POS
recently the pos is more popular to some extent.

PoS is a good concept, but so little has been mined and so little is being mined, that PoS wouldn't be a great idea ATM for H2O.

It's a bad ipo investment. Those investors lost their money buying this shit coin. Wink

A few who dumped their coins early enough maybe got 20% profit. Anyone past this point though is going to start seeing losses of 50%+. It's their fault though for hanging on even after numerous red flags including TWO failed launches. Congrats on being part of a group who collectively funded a payday in the tens of thousands of dollars for an incompetent idiot. Wish I knew all you IPO investors in real life if it is that easy to take money from you.

And of course the dev is going to try to keep you optimistic (just like he did after the two failed launches trying to manipulate IPO investors into not refunding). I'm with the dev on this one though, I actually encourage you not to sell. Once the price is <10 satoshis you might finally wake up to reality and I think it will be a good lesson for y'all (and hopefully you won't be such an easy victim next time).

You have no idea what are you talking about.

1) Everyone could ask for a refund. I even sent mails to the people.
2) In every IPO there's risk. I noticed everyone about that and advised to try understand what IPO is and that's risky - Not saying that anyone lost any money.
3) You're accusing me for scamming people. Who the heck are you?
4) "incompetent idiot" -Thank you. See you in 2 weeks, when you'll take those words back.
5) If you're a depressed troll, or just a troll, don't talk about optimism. You have no clue what life is.
6) Stop calling people victims. The only victim here is you, for accusing me and calling me names for no reason.

Anyway.

H2O just started.

@ThisWeeksCoin

Been over 2 weeks now and your coin is at 15 satoshis, 0.7 BTC total buy orders, and a network hashrate of 32mh/s. Time to pull the plug on this one.
what's the plan of the coin??
the dev??
I'm negotiating with an exchange. It opes soon.

They will have USD/Coin exchange.

If that happens, don't think we'll be under 100 satoshi Smiley

Yes, but what will create intrest in people?
Many people suggested me to change algo to X11. I'm checking what I can do.

We lack of miners.

I hate to suggest it but a lot of people seem to like the x11 algo a lot better than nscrypt (runs cooler etc.).   Perhaps look at a hard fork with algo change?
I'm not familiar with the X11 algo. What are the advantages? ( You mentioned just that runs cooler ;p )

Quote
Some advantages are this runs cooler, less energy used (see https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/darksend-dark-gravity-wave-x11-darkcoin-faq-538464 for the faq with links) .  Uses 11 rounds of different hashing algos; blake, bmw, groestl, jh, keccak, skein, luffa, cubehash, shavite, simd, echo (see Darkcoin https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anndash-dash-dashorg-first-self-funding-self-governing-crypto-currency-421615)  So still makes this ASIC resistant (which was the point of NSCRYPT) and I did some mining myself with X11 and runs alot quieter.  I couldnt confirm the less energy myself but my miner didnt sound like a jet engine and temps run alot cooler!
I find it pretty interesting to be honest.

I'll talk with some people about your suggestion.

Thanks for the links!

Would be great if this coin gets a hard fork to x11 I think.
I'm going to do some deeper research on X11

x11 sounds good. Im mining h2o only 3 vertminers. 90% of my hash already at x11 (and just a little bit for scrypt)

so has this been mined in secret for the last year since it actually came out ?
If I get it right, you're going to troll about the source.

Don't. I have the answers ready Smiley

Don't waste your and our time.

Thanks!

something wrong with all scrypt-N coins all tanking ....vert ultra gpuc h2o ...

I have a bunch Gridseed G-blades on order and will be switching my GPU rig over to Scrypt-N or Blake256 coins as soon as they arrive, expect others to do the same.  And this is only the start of it, come Q3Q/4 the 2nd gen ASICS will start delivering.

Other Algo's (Scrypt-N, Blake256, etc) will all see a massive upsurge in Hash rates as more and more Scrypt ASICS come online and people need to find a new use for GPU rigs.

@JaggedMiner,

That's correct. Most of people are mining with GPU's right now.
If you see my earlier replies about the algo, you'll see why I insisted for Scrypt-N + DGW.

@kahir,

There are some more profitable coins which people are mining right now. ( Not gonna lie )
( WC, AC )

Most of miners, who've been mining any coins, have gone to the two I'm mentioning above.
