Dividends will be paid to any token holder in ETH but, why after January 2019?
Maybe because their project will be fully operational and start to make/have profit at that time.

then why not pay in their own token rather than ETH? I guess it's ideal as per their perspective.

I think it's better to let them pay in ETH. If tokens here play the role of shares, then ETH act as money. The number of tokens is limited, then developers will have to buy their own tokens from exchanges in order to pay dividends?

This is exactly the reason: we don't want to de-valuate our tokens.

Where will you start to distribute these vending machines? Czech Republic first or EU countries at once?

Yes, they plan to initially start their Health monitor network in the EU. Btw, Czech Republic is also a member of the EU.

I'll rephrase: will the distribution start on a larger scale in the EU countries from the beginning or do they plan to concentrate first on Czech Republic, since their company is established there and I imagine it would be easier to launch health monitor network there and then expand to other EU member states?

Hello, we will install pretty soon a machine in Czech Republic but we also plan to move fast into other countries (we just need to sign a service contract with a local maintenance company to provide assistance)

With patents and all i don't see any competition on the markets, but i have to ask; is there any competition? And if there is who they are so i can make a comparison?

This is a unique device and we have a patent protecting us. At the moment, no competition at all

Brilliant! Looking forward for this project. Only drawback that i can see is the year waiting period of first dividends, lot's of can happen in that time like we saw in this year. But maybe this is the good choice for the next year since at least i know what i am getting in to Smiley.

The Health Monitor financial model of this coin project predicts that the annual profitability is 200-300%. This profit space is enough to attract more people to get interested in this coin.

these are just predictions. there are lot of unknowns, like where these devices will be installed, in what quantity and I don't think I've seen a price for how much an analysis costs.
The place of installation described in the technical documentation. I'm more interested in the question which country will start the implementation of the project?  It affects a lot!

I think I've seen somewhere a price of 5 euro per device. Not sure if it's trustworthy.
5 euros is the cost of one test on the Health Monitor device. The cost of the device is much higher! Installation of the device  will begin with the European Union.  It will be shopping centers and airports. Selected places where every day there are a large number of people. The cost of the test itself is not high, especially for the European Union and also it will not be high for people who care about their health!

My blockchain can beat up your blockchain
The results of the tests. Will they be protected? Who will have access to this data? I'm thinking if someone were to steal a machine or a disgruntled tech-guy about to quit his job.

$500,000 for 70 vending machines or $15,000,000 for 2,100 vending machines, both result in a price of $7,142 per machine.

One would think the price per machine gets lower the more machines you manufacture, because of economy of scale. But that does not seem to be the case. Why is that?

Well could be, that the price already is pretty low so that there is no chance to go anylower.

That is not how mass production works.

  • First, you have the R&D, the patents, the clinical trials, the staff, the office and so on.
  • Next you have to design the machine.
  • An important phase is the design and construction of the assembly line. This phase can be repeated several times as the manufacturing process is optimized.
  • Then you have to source the parts from suppliers. Sometimes a part is no good in practice, so it is possible to get back to this phase in the future.
  • Finally if everything is fine you can construct the machines and ship them.

Say the first 3 steps cost $300,000. Spreading that cost over 70 or 2,100 machines will make a big difference to the price per machine.

Yes but isn't it that you have first a specific amount of machines to sell to get in the development costs etc until this paid off and then you can start making stuff cheaper through better manufacturing processes etc?

Nope, what he is describing is correct, just not sure if it applies to a start up. That is rather happening in company with consolidated presence in the market already.

The thing I would like to know about this technology is, how accurate is it and who is held liable if the machine is malfunctioning and returning false reports of health?

Is not going to substitute a doctor, probably a sign you need to go for a complete check up if something shows up

I thought about it, and came to the conclusion that the exhaled air carries information about the composition of the blood, which is in contact with the air in the lungs. So this should be a fairly accurate device. But I wonder how accurately this pribur will determine the diagnosis, depending on what the person:
1. Eat a spicy or exotic food.
2. Drank alcohol.
3. Smoked.
How big will the possibility of error be?

We will provide some "conditions" before taking the test. Keep in mind that, with an incorrect pre-test behavior, even your blood test might be invalidated.

Why you need tokens in vending business? How you will use tokens here?

Raising money via an ICO helped us to approach also non-typical Health investors. Also, we wanted to build a dividend based token ecosystem.

In future, tokens could also have further use cases.

im asked about liquidity of tokens? How we (and you) will use tokens after ICO?

At the moment, this is a dividend-based token. Token holders will receive a dividend quarterly in ICO. Liquidity will mostly depend on how the ICO will perform and on the business profitability (if we grow, tokens will be on demand)

Does your tokens will be trading on exchanges? because, SEC equates dividends tokens to valuable papers and exhanges dont like dividents tokens.  Huh

Well, not SEC doesn't rule the whole world  Cool
That said, there are several coins who allocate dividends and most of them are in several exchanges.

SEC working in USA. And USA exhanges prohibit tokens with dividends (Bittrex, Kraken etc).
On which exhanges you tokens will be trading?

Of course, in non-USA exchanges
Yes, there is binance.
There are some dividend coin/tokens listed there.

ok.. i'm currently a bit cautious about this one... The idea seems nice & innovative... but I need to do a bit more reading about it.
At first sight it looks interesting, but we need to be careful about the information these machines return.
Just saying, a lot of people use "dr Google" and frankly this might be a hardware version of this.
On the other hand it could also mean, if the whole framework behind it works as it is planned, that people could detect health issues in a quick way.
So.. following this one from the side and wishing the dev team good luck with the project !

thanks for your posting! If you need further information, just ask here.
