I think you're right. They will be the first who make such machines, and their technology is patented - after successful testing, when will detection pathologies, this technology will become prominent - and each hospital will want this device.

Dividends will be paid to any token holder in ETH but, why after January 2019?
Maybe because their project will be fully operational and start to make/have profit at that time.then why not pay in their own token rather than ETH? I guess it's ideal as per their perspective.
I think it's better to let them pay in ETH. If tokens here play the role of shares, then ETH act as money. The number of tokens is limited, then developers will have to buy their own tokens from exchanges in order to pay dividends?

but they should head for other exchanges as well, etherdelta is just a plain exchange with a limited range of people investing there...

Currently the level of public health in my area tends to decrease and health costs tend to increase. If we can detect early symptoms of disease, it will certainly have a good impact. Hopefully this project can be realized especially in my country.

Where can I check which diseases this vending machine can detect, I know about diabetes, ulcers and lung cancer, but if that are the only ones, then not much people will use it, so does it actually work for other illneses? other types of cancer? and such?, AIDS? etc., anyway, the idea is very promising, but unless it can detect lots of diseases, it will take longer to get profits, and 200 vending machines is very little, it could be 200 for each country, though I guess that would have to be if the ICO sells A LOT, anyway, good luck.

Yes, they plan to initially start their Health monitor network in the EU. Btw, Czech Republic is also a member of the EU.
I'll rephrase: will the distribution start on a larger scale in the EU countries from the beginning or do they plan to concentrate first on Czech Republic, since their company is established there and I imagine it would be easier to launch health monitor network there and then expand to other EU member states?
