I also noticed it base on their previous changes of plan. The team are doing changes towards improvement and to fasten the launch of their project.

There are no exact dates but they said that they will re-open the pre-sale this week so let's assume that they will open it before the end of this week.

I believe the hearthy will not change their start. Do not be afraid because they have chosen the nation of the Philippines. also to help doctors improve medicine in the Philippines. so I'm strongly told to say that hearthy will not change their previous project.

really? can't believe that the legislation in the Philippines would take longer than the one they choose, i thought that the better the country is, the longer it would take, thanks for the information anyway.

The ICO will be on February 2018. There are no problems regarding the selling of the tokens, actually 150 people are interested on investing at ICO.

agreed, they even thinking of opening of the whitelisting of pre-sale because of the demand, since we don't know how much they got so far i was thinking of more than thousand dollars

how much more the ico, it will be surely millions of USD.

The ICO will be on February 2018. There are no problems regarding the selling of the tokens, actually 150 people are interested on investing at ICO.

I believe they will still pursue the Philippine market because they know that the healthcare service will be mostly needed here, well it's a waste if they don't accommodate the higher market with higher demand which is the eu, all we can do by now is wait

As far as I know Europe has legislation that are favorable for start-up ICO's and they are planning to change their target country because they wanted to launch the platform as soon as possible although Mexico and Philippines are still in progress in legal parts so maybe if they succeed on this issues then they will continue the first plan.

I think one of the security features to prevent unrestricted access is to put a fingerprint scanner and facial recognition of the user. I think it is strong enough security features of the application.

I think aside from using finger prints, hearty can use 2 way verification system in conjunction so that the app will have greater control and security features. I do not think that facial recognition may be used since that kind of technological advancement is still in its infancy and thus cannot be reliably used as such.

Javier noted that they are planning to focus on new industrialized country with additonal consideration on europe and usa. Though jurisdiction.is differ from one country to another so they might change their road map.

I think they are trying to capitalize on countries with established health care programs. This is to eliminate the need to start their database from scratch, since most probably, the country's health care system has atleast some form of data in it for them to be able to use.
