well, not everything you will learn about hearty by just reading their white paper, did you think that they write down all the information about the hearty in a single white paper..?? it just an introduction, most importantly is the main goal of this project. this should be taken seriously.

Apps was made to make our life more convenient so I would rather say that both of them will benefit from Hearthy's platform.

Hospital with existing system can easily join the ecosystem of Hearthy without changing their IT provider, updating their software and instructing the whole organization for switching to the new software. Any healthcare providers and hospitals will decrease their financial burden by simply joining the Hearthy ecosystem.

Individual's using the Hearthy application for example patient can easily view and manage their medical records, use the chatbot that intended to help with psychological issues and also allows them to conduct a chat or video consultation when requested. On the other hand doctor or any health professionals could sell their services through the platform.

Hello guys, I have tried the Hearthy application. There are two types of it, patient/client-side and physician side.

The first two apps are a chatbot to create medical appointments, and the doctor-patient communication app to let patients chat with a healthcare provider.

Here are the options that I saw on the app:

1. Consultation - when I clicked that, I can see if there's an underway consultation and closed consultation(probably those done)

2. History - I see my personal details and other medical histories. Results and problems, Vaccines, Allergies, and etc.

3. Current Balance - Probably here goes the amount(of HER, correct me if I'm wrong) you have inside the app and payments history.

4. Treatments - Ongoing or programmed medicine schedules.

5. Configuration - Edit info and probably will have app preference soon.

6. New Consultation - the doctor-patient communication app to let patient chat with a healthcare provider.

I find it hassle-free for the users who can't go to their doctor due to some reasons or who want an immediate attention to their query about their health. I sense that there will be a lot of improvements coming on as it is just the demo app I tried today.

Good point. Language is a big barrier in communications. But finding good local physician is equally difficult

Yes, if you doubt it then you can search in the internet and also you can read their white paper too. And for me as well I don't really think that hearthy will hire a fake doctor and as you can see they are working 5 years in health and insurance.

It is clear that Hearty is just an electonic personal health record, meaning we can't ask someone for medication, getting blood pressure or any consultation. Patient need to go to the hospital if they need to consult something to their physician.
