I am the creator of the GNT and KMD Assets.
HEAT is not a decentralized platform - the name of the GNT asset has been changed afterwards by power abuse of the developers.
Thus it is not possible to create any asset with any wanted name without being vulnerable to the goodwillingness of the developers.
They also stopped my BTC withdrawals - so if the developers do not want you to have the money, you will not get it - just like in traditional banks.
All of this shows, that they are not willing to run a DECENTRALIZED platform but a fully CENTRALIZED one.
They made commitments to the baking sector which are not fungible in the world of decentralized blockchains.
I urge everyone to rethink their involvement with HEAT.
It is not there to further development in decentralization.
It is there, to get you under central control of two people.

Did you buy XEL using the Heat Wallet? As far as I can see XEL is no certified market. I would not buy that!I bought few of them and transaction gone through too. Would have love if I could have transfer to XEL wallet

XEL gateway isn't operated by Heat Ledger Ltd, so it isn't certified. However, the operator gh2 is the founder of heatnodes.org and works in close co-operation with us, also well known in the HEAT community thus the XEL asset is almost as good as certified and can be trusted at this moment.

The deposit address changes every single time, nothing to worry about. If your deposit does not come through it might be because you sent it from an exchange. And if that is the case and it hasn't appeared after 10 confirmations, you should inform support(at)heatledger.com about the issue.

i don't know why people are bitching about the exchange.
I used it for the first time ever to get some XEL.
While it takes some time to get used to, I have to say it's much better than etherdelta...
You also need to have some HEAT in your wallet at all times if you want to make transactions as well.
But overall, well happy with the exchange.
Just my two cents....

My btc w/d disappeared. It has been four days and I have recieved nothing. I know the information was correct because the first w/d went through. This is reason to 'bitch'.
