Note that C-CEX, Alcurex and CCEDK (where applicable) HEAT ICO tokens will be multiplied by exactly 1.50x (revised multiplier, not publicly disclosed previously, pending final confirmation) so all 25 million HEAT are distributed even when the ICO wasn't fully subscribed.

Thus the actual ICO price per HEAT is a lot lower than in the original, indicative pricing chart. That means all ICO token participants, no matter whether they participated through exchange or directly, receive 50% more HEAT tokens than what they perhaps thought they'll get if they made calculations according to the indicative chart quoted above from the heatledger.com web site.

I bought presale heat tokens on openledger. I hope there will be a way to withdraw them.

I contacted support last week, but still no answer.  Sad
Nor me.  Embarrassed

Are guys really surprised that?
Don´t you remember, these are the same guys who did ran FIMK without any PR or customer relations efforts. IMO this thread reminds me how the things went on with FIMK.

Problems with sending you FIMK back because your shown FIMK account doesn't exist ...

Ignore this warning, the fimk accounts for registering your ICO claim are not initialized. Simply send the tx and you'll be fine!  Grin

Are more people having trouble to claim there tokens?

I am. Few days ago I tried to claim a NXT investment, but the 2 NXT tx was not received. Still I tried to send regardless my 1 NXT verification tx from investment account to the address provided (https://www.mynxt.info/transaction/16382802873746269755) and the Heat client kept trying to run verification without success, no other options to try but wait.

Today I tried again and after entering my PIN it won't even login. Using 0.1.1. Has a new client been released? Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear about your troubles. There is a new client released, some server connections were changed. Check https://github.com/Heat-Ledger-Ltd/heat-ui/releases
Have you tried clicking on the support button in the bottom right corner if it still doesn't work on the new client?

Has anything changed since October 18 in the HEAT claiming procedure? Should it be done again?

No. When you already have claimed your tokens it should be fine. I have subscribed to this thread and when everybody would have to do the claim process all over again this would have been announced for sure.
There was only an update to the wallet with updated server endpoints.

Why not take the 1 BTC reward and make a 99designs contest? Everybody who joined the logo contest can submit his proposal also in that contest...
Although we occasionally do, we don't like to go in circles.

The original text logo (text logo was recently suggested in our contest also) was created in a 99designs combined contest for logo and web site design.

So we didn't go there again, as community contest was a nice alternative and indeed did provide us enough good material to choose from.

We can't please all of you, so that's not our priority either.  Wink

Have your say in the HEAT logo decision advisory community poll:

http://heatledger.net/index.php?topic=29.0

I think the submissions should have been displayed as the designers submitted them not reduced to silhouette thumbnails. Maybe 99Designs would be a better option at the very least they let the client view the designs in full colour.

As for the logo. I am not really happy yet.

None of the logos are spectacular tbh.

No. 1 is the least uninteresting

The actual colours proposed adds a whole new dimension to the logos.
Yes, I can only recommend that everyone takes a look at the originals before deciding.

Yes, please look at originals with colour. I think from a past of studying design for a while, perspective, 4 and 5 are too complex. I think 3,1,6 are the best options, respectively.

Same to me, I prefer 6. Logos should not be too complex. Just go and look how the Logos of Apple and Starbucks changed in time...

Is there an error message when you click verify ? Did you wait for a confirmation of your transaction sent before clicking 'verify' ?  I used BTC for the ICO, so I can only speak for my smooth experience. Sometimes there is a live support agent available for help too (I suppose the live support was unavailable for you at this time).

I don't get to the verification point. Right now I cannot go past the second Claim stage, where the client confirms that passphrase has been properly backed up. With the checkbox marked, "Continue" does nothing. Running 0.1.1b on Ubuntu 14.04.

Hmm interesting. I see, I try it with mine and the continue button works, but I already did the verification so the call will be slightly different. I'm sure the support will get back to you.
