You will need to transfer your FIM to a specific FIMK account and put in memo field the OpenLedger account.

I have BTC positioned @ c-cex. Will they or will they not be offering the ICO? I'd rather not make another exchange account and transfer BTC (nothing against alcurex).
I had agreed with C-CEX to enable the HEAT ICO at noon GMT. Everything has been set up and standing by. Haven't been able to get in touch today all day, so, can't tell at this phase.[Odds are yes, but you never know.]
