Looking at the rich list (http://www.fuzzbawls.pw/explore/HOdlcoin/ledger.php) there are at least two addresses that mined over 600k coins. It would be rather large botnet or someone with gpu miner.
One way or another, these coins once deposited may generate enough to bring the price down. I think game over for hodl. I'm out.

1) Those are pools, not bots.

2) There is still good interest a year from now. The coin is designed to encourage locking coins up, which helps prevent dumping.

Network hashrate 600-700 kH/s and price below 5-6k satoshi. Now no equipment would be able to repay 0.1$/kWh... Hope for price recovery soon.

Because top miners are pools' addresses.

"Yobit pump alert software" Link in my signature!
Ive been looking at HODL a lot. I am a strong believer in holding long term trusted coins from Hero member developers. I strongly thiking of adapting HODL into my coin FLY , but interest rates on a much smaller scale. If the dev is being interested in b4eing hired by team fly to implement HODL into our code, I would welcome that.

Whats the possibility of hitting a block on the wallet miner at 39 hs 1 by 8.

With the current difficulty, the expected time to find a block at 39 H/s will be measured in weeks.
wow that's too long and the electricity bill will eat us up, for me much better to do trading buy low and wait for another rise up before selling it I'm thinking positively that this project will last long just keep holding and wait for the right timing to sell.
good idea wait for another rise up before selling

I beleive HODL used DigitalNote XDN deposits as a source of deposits idea and UI.

I'm somewhat sure that is false for the idea, though I cant be 100% sure. FreeTrade asked about existing coins offering deposits a while back after it was clear he was already working on the idea. I identified XDN to him and it didn't seem to me he was already aware of it. I can't comment on the UI.

may be a long shot at this point but here is the poloniex coin request page:

https://poloniex.com/coinRequest

I hear Poloniex likes to see a website before listing a coin, so I think we'll get that finished first before applying for a Poloniex listing.
