As I understand it, HOQU is registered in the UK, and in the UK there is no KYC legislation in relation to bounty hunters (only in relation to investors and only starting with a certain amount of investment).

Pretty crazy eh. I hear there is a difference between a security and a coin but I guess the SEC doesn't see it that way. At least people from the states can buy hiqu when it hits the market.

I don't see how the SEC can regulate content from outside of the states though. Like wallets are not linked to addresses it would be so hard to enforce that.

I don't understand why businesses are complying with some random country's rules when they have no way of proving that you're breaking them or not.

Gems is a utility token, i dont see how it can tank when its not being sold to the public.
