I have my Driver license that has my old address since I have moved so I put my new address on profile but my bank statement I can upload for KYC has my new adress on there as well so my driver license is the only thing with old address, is that okay to pass kyc from US as accredited investor?

I heard u.s citizens would not be able to pass this KYC? I have passed other KYC programs for ICOs what makes this one different?
As I know anyone can participate in HOQU ICO except citizens or residents of United States, Singapore, South Korea, and People’s Republic of China.
