HW: Hardware errors.... change your settings. This should be 0.

ive got new blocks and queued work but no accepts. ive got best shares:16.2k

Second one means someone in the network, mostly pools, did find a block.
I just started also solo mining to see how it works, For the first time
1. created the conf file in roaming
2. created the batch file with a username and password
3. run it
I'm connected to 127.0.0.01 without LP .... and I'm seeing new blocks?
Is that all?
Yes and now you have to wait till you get the magical msg: Block found for pool 0 ! Yea!
then you see the coins in your wallet coming in...
does the conf file needs to have a specific name or *.conf would work?
In this case: horsecoin.conf and has to be in the Appdata/Roaming/HorseCoin directory
