Update from the founders

Here's a little update on what's going on behind the curtains last week.

Exchanges

We are now launched on Smartrade exchange, HTH/USD, HTH/BTC and HTH/ETH!
Now keep in mind this is a new exchange and yet low volume market, but they are working for a large fund to enter, providing a market for HTHcoin.
Smartrade is registered in Canada as Smartrade Exchange Services Inc.

Still arguing with Crex24 about a rebate listing both HTH and SOV there. So far they have not been very positive, so worst case is a cost of 0.3 btc.

Legal

Our NON-Profit corp is now public at IRS. Our determination letter from IRS for tax-exempt status is found here:

Update from the founders

Here's a little update on what's going on behind the curtains.

Legal
We are now waiting for the amendment articles to arrive before we can open a bank account in our name. This is crucial to enable our charity for non crypto donations also.

Exchanges
This have not been our priority, as much other needed attention.
We are in discussion with a couple exchanges about listing. The main thing hindering is the price, but we also have a couple offers of free listing. They want to see us more mature before listing us though, with more social activity as well as higher trade volume.
We'll look into more exchanges the next month. It is also natural for us now to follow SOV to an exchange with a double listing.

Development
Some minor changes have been done to our code, mainly cleaning up references, links and documentation.
A couple privately compiled wallets have been tested with different designs.
We plan a larger upgrade, implementing HD functionality, as well as support for Segwit and atomic swaps! This may prove costly though, so a timeline is not set.

Wiki
We had some spam on the wiki, so it is now closed for editing for anyone but Zeus and me. We'd appreciate help on it though, so if you have experience with wiki's please let us know.


SOV Airdrop
With the registration ending today, I think we may be finished checking out registered addresses by the end of next week. Payout will happen once all is checked and counted.

HTH Coin Burn
This is something to get excited about. The coin burn address is out in the public, H9BurnHTHaddressBURNXXXXXXXXWCRKUo.
This address is made by template `H9BurnHTHaddressBURNXXXXXXXXXXXXXX` hashed of `badlllllllllllllll` and cannot have a private key.

Burning coins have the same effect as spreading the total value of those coins to all the other holders of HTH.

HTH Coin Burn program will buyback coins from exchange and burn them, calculating factors as incoming donations, supply and charity holdings.
We will reveal the details of our coin burn program within the next weeks, with the first event happening in Q4.

SOV AIRDROP TO HODLERS OF HTH - Oct 18 @ 12am UTC

Here are some informations / rules in regards to the upcoming airdrop of SOV to HTH holders.

-The reason for the airdrop is because when the HTH and HK teams took over SOV really was a project sentenced to death.  The previous Owner was gracious enough to give us the pre-mined coins so we thought it was best that we share it with people that supported this project, but also as a way of getting our HTH supporters a way into the SOV project. (a win/win for both!)

The airdrop ratio is approx 1500:1  if everyone register for the airdrop. In other words, every 1500 HTH equals 1 SOV airdropped.

-Snapshop will take place on 10/18/2018 at 0000H UTC (that's 12:00am if you're American or don't know military time)
-Due to limited amount of coins we got from the prior Owner,  we will have some rules and regulations because again, it’s FREE and we don’t have much to give (roughly 200k SOV).
-We will be releasing a Google form for you to submit and claim your SOV coins that day  which will be open for 48 hours only.  We’re on first come / first serve basis.
-If you currently have HTH on shared MN.  Please have whoever is hosting it to claim your SOV.
-If your HTH is on CB…please withdraw and put it in your wallet before the snapshot (we will not going to accept anything other than HTH wallet)

-Again, this is just a way for us to show you guys some love.  Please don’t complaint at us if you didn’t get your SOV because your mom or wife (or husband) grounded you and took your computer away for couple of days and you missed the cut off time.   Or even try to cheat the system somehow, so in other words  “DON’T BE THAT GUY!” and lets have a fair airdrop.
