Hey guys!
Almost there with the web wallet!~ Everything works on the backend. Just finishing up a few more features and writing more tests to ensure everything works as intended including any error handling and logs storage. The plan is to also incorporate 2FA, SSL/TLS, data encryption, automated backups, and other security measures, a few of which have already been implemented. I am putting off the release of the Beta until all of these are complete. Quality comes first! A "Closed Alpha" version will be released in the next week or so with opportunities for testers to earn lots of HYPER. All members of the HYPER community can participate. You won't need to deposit any HYPER, as you will be given real HYPER from the start to use. When all goes well, a "Beta" will be released with opportunities for all testers to earn HYPER until everything works properly under load. This will also be a time when additional features can be implemented.
There are 4 important factors to this wallet that is different from the desktop wallet:
- Easy and fast to use, simple to understand, quick to get started, and can be used on any machine or mobile device without any downloads/installations.
- Anonymous transactions on the blockchain. Your transactions are obfuscated, so no one can tell where and when you spend your coins.
- No energy and resources are used by your computers when running the wallet or earning stakes. Users earn guaranteed stakes daily.
- Users can send HYPER and messages to other users with zero transaction fees.
Wow meowball this HYPER web wallet at
http://hypergg.com sounds like it will exceed my expectations! Anonymous transactions between web wallet users sounds awesome too. Please make sure to practice good security and to keep most of the coins in cold storage (or for staking purposes on a separate highly secure machine that is not on the server) to minimize risk from hackers. I wouldn't recommend keeping most of the coins on the actual server. Can't wait to see it and test the beta!
Yes, it's exciting to me too!
All of the coins will be in cold storage, and the different modules for the system will be hosted on separate servers that are configured for high security. No coins will be on the web server.
how do I become a paid tester?
I will let the community know when the time comes. All members of the HYPER community can become paid testers.
