I just had an idea for another HYPER game server…has anyone here ever heard of
StarMade? Think MineCraft, except in a fully 3D space-sim universe. You are an astronaut, and you build ships, stations, and other things from blocks, which are actually components for ship/station systems. Build a fully functional ship with a power system, engines, weapons, shields, cockpit, etc., and then go explore the universe. Land on planets, kill aliens/animals, harvest raw materials, and then build a station with processing facilities and a factory to build more component blocks to build even bigger & better ships. Form factions, alliances, and go to war with other factions, or protect the weak from NPC pirates…or prey on the weak. Whatever you want to do, your imagination is the only limitation.
Anyway, I'd be willing to host a StarMade server, if people are interested.
The game features creative and survival modes, as well as a purely-PvP tournament mode. If there's enough interest, I can host whatever modes people would like (the tournament mode would likely only be for temporary, special events).
What does everyone think?
PS: Would also be awesome to see a Pixelmon MineCraft server.
