The announcement was on the forum, telegram, twitter, maybe somewhere else.

On Etherdelta About 5 letters were sent, but they still have not closed the old token.

I think you can send your complaint to them, rather than write here.

I said it was my ignorance not to check the forum and telegram but I said I checked the website. But I would not expect someone check all the platforms. If the token was going to be invalid then it should have been announced everywhere and trade should have been stopped immediately.
