We agreed to the terms of BitronFr34k. 25% is enough for rent servers and paid for API our stock broker partner. We confirm that we signed the contract and BTC address posted by BitcoinFr34k is for official InvestCoin IPO. OP updated. We are waiting for investors.

OK. I will tell you my first impressions when I met InvestCoin team. They welcomed me warmly. I spoke with their programmer and stock market broker and analyst. They have a lot of ideas. I'm sure they have know what they doing. They show me code of InvestCoin wallet and how main functions will be working in final version. They have a testnet but without completed graphic interface. They told me all will be finished in a few weeks. We talked about future of bitcoin and how new altcoin could change the world of economy system. At the end we signed an agreement about escrow.

Final arrangements:

I will send 25% of IPO when DEV release wallet for IPO distribution.

Next 25% when DEV release Beta IC Trading Wallet

and final 50% after IC Trading Wallet final release.

I think this is safe and the best for all of us.

Hello everybody! I decided to help DEV with this IPO, because this is really nice and innovative idea. I would like invest too, but I need guarantee about reliability and integrity of this project. I'm going tomorrow to location where DEV has a office. I hope it will be the beginning of great coin.

I got PM from BitcoinFr34k. He offered to help with escrow. He lives quite near our team (120 km). We will meet tomorrow and sign the agreement about escrow. Then BitcoinFr34k will generate BTC address for IPO.

So what's the deal, are you going to use an escrow or try to do this without? If the latter I don't want to waste anymore time checking in.

The coin has a great deal of potential and will be the next BIG thing if it works as described. But the coin will go nowhere without an escrow and a GREAT escrow dev like Placebo. In fact with a 50% premine Placebo is the ONLY dev you should use. He has the best regulations and reputation. Nobody else can be trusted with an ICO that big. They dont have the experience or trust of the community. If this is legit you HAVE to have him. We are tired of scamming devs who run off after they get their cuts so prove this is legit. Hire Placebo work with him do what he says or you can abort this coin. Dont let my account fool you Im no newbie. Ive been in crypto for a while. I watched, studied, and learned from the best in this biz. I have lost my ass on ICO scams (cleverhash) and even though Placebo cant guarantee success for any coin he is essential for an ICO's success. Especially one this big, 150+ BTC. Depending on the terms Placebo will enforce I would invest at least 3 BTC if its a coin he is willing to mine or buy himself. Ive played stock markets since 2001 but crypto is much more fun.
