Is DEV bitspender and is he just someone that doesn't have a clue of programming? He said in previous messages that he owns 2,000,000 ICB coins. Looks pretty strange for a normal miner to invest 2,000,000 ICB as that would be a investment of 30BTC - 40 BTC... Also he seems to be from Belgium and if this is really the guy then he was even so stupid to post pictures of people from his work partners and from money, so i think he only have one option to come forward and make his coin a success.

Wondering if we can ask Bittrex to who they send the BTCs and then based on the transactions we can find out to which person it went. But i'm sure that some people already did this...

Yes in the beginning but turned out not so good if your going to compare the current price with the ICO.
But the ICO price was to high, otherwise I would have also purchased. And now its cheap but i don't believe this coin has a future.
If community takes it over then i believe in it. Not a lot of coins available, so it is also a very interesting coin for people to pump etc.

this coin was very promising but now i guess the dev did a runner with the BTC he collected, he cannot even be bothered to come online any more i'm sure he is planning his next SCAM

Anyway, we need some activity.
When you check on twitter the word VOOT is being used every second, we should appoint a new DEV, as i don't think he has 15 people working for him, so we need a new DEV. If the original DEV is back then i would suggest that he ANN something that he will buyback all the coins till 8000sats to safe his ass and then the new DEV can somehow relaunch it, at least if the original dev want to safe his ass

Rumor is that some guy bought for 50BTC in ICO and as you can see lost all his money because DEV went running away with his money. It seems that the owner of the coin is coming from Belgium. I don't know how they find it out, or what technic they are using. But honestly i would be pretty upset too when i lost 50BTC because of DEV leaving the coin.
if true, i dont think it would be a matter of 50 BTC, just to settle the score. ultimately scam enough times your going to get caught or run into someone that is going to cut some fingers off. with a firm understanding of chinese people, they would quite happily spend multiple times what they lost to make things even or in this case cause major pain. i know what i would do!
