Good idea, I like it. But I don't understand you will have its own payment system? Or you will work with Visa/Mastercard?

Yes, but it's closed for new participants. Maybe they will open it again if Part C starts, but now it's closed!
That's right, it seems for now new participants are no longer able to join because they have closed new participant's but maybe they will open a new registration on Part C.

I want to try your ICO. But I can't use Google Authenticator. Because I don't have a smartphone. Do you have other certification systems?
please have a look in google, there should be some apps, which will allow you to do that.

This project is indeed very impressive, if all information about the project is true then it's scores a 9 on a scale of 1to 10 for a prospective investor. All the same, I would keep researching more about it, but so far it's a big thumbs up for me. Keep it up Beluga
